This prestigious recognition places Adapt Forward among an elite group—just 14 facilities out of approximately 12,500 were chosen this year for maintaining security programs that far exceed National Industrial Security Program (NISP) requirements.
The Cogswell Award is the highest honor DCSA be stows upon cleared facilities, and it represents more than just compliance. It signifies consistent excellence, innovation, and leadership inindustrial security.
To be considered, facilities must have received at least two consecutive Superior ratings during DCS Aassessments and demonstrate a sustained commitment to protecting classified information. Adapt Forward was recognized not only for our rigorous security practices, but also for our efforts in helping shape best practices across the defense industrial base.
“This award is a reflection of the team’s discipline, innovation, and unwavering commitment to doing the right thing, every single time,” said Joe Fulco, Facility Security Officer at Adapt Forward and a recent repeat recipient of the NCMS Society Award. “We’re honored to be recognized for the work we do every day to safeguard national security.”
Named after Air Force Col. James S.Cogswell, the first chief of industrial security at the Department of Defense, the award represents the vital partnership between government and industry to protect our Nation’s classified information and support the U.S. warfighter.
We are deeply honored to receive this recognition and proud to continue upholding the highest standards in security.
Congratulations to our entire team—and thank you to DCSA for this incredible honor.
